Spinach pie

Materials:

1kg spinach  3/4kg feta cheese -3 spn yogurt                                                                                                                                              

 1 medium onion-1 garlicsome oregano and salt

10 filo pastry for pies 

Εxecution:

step 1 :Τhrow all the ingredients except the feta cheese and the filo pastry in mixer.

step 2 :Place the mixture in a bowl and add the feta cheese.

step 3 :Grease a baking tray.

step 4 :Place the filo pastry as you saw the pictures above. Remember to lubricate the pastrys

             and then pour the mixture into the baking tray.

step 5 :spread evenly and cover with a pastry.

                         

step 6 :Now repeat the same procedure as before.   

                         

                         

step 7 :cover and etch.

 step 8 : and then bake it in the air in 190 degrees Celsius
